   We are proud members of the NORMI organization. NORMI stands for the National Organization of Mold Remediators and Inspectors. Heiss-Co currently holds four certifications directly through NORMI.

   We take part in weekly continued education through NORMI so we can stay on top of what is going on in the industry.

   We also write protocols for the clean up of mold based off of the degree of mold contamination to the structure.

   We at Heiss-Co are proud to be able to offer our customers a Certificate of Sanitization once their home’s indoor air quality has been restored. This program requires Pre and Post remedial testing from an approved NORMI laboratory and the application of Normi approved biocides. Once the appropriate protocols have been followed then NORMI will send the home owner a written certificate of sanitization. Because mold is full disclosure at the time of sale the home owner has the certificate from a third party organization stating that it has been sanitized properly.
